3. Delivery Guarantee Policy
We understand that international shipping can sometimes experience unexpected delays. Our policy is designed to protect both you and our company:
- Claims for non-delivery must be submitted after 181 days from the ship date
- This extended period accounts for potential customs holds, carrier delays, and delivery attempts
- Refunds or reshipping for non-delivery are processed on a case-by-case basis after the 181-day period
- Tracking information showing delivery confirmation voids non-delivery claims
4. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
